The dynamic business world, the rapid advances in technology and the emergence of competition from unanticipated corners is fast changing the way strategy is being formulated and implemented. At our annual mega event, Business Forum - Demystifying Strategy, we focus on organizational goals and analyze the strategies applied in businesses.

 

This forum will be a platform to generate ideas by engaging with leading business personalities, thinkers and researchers on formulation and implementation of strategy in businesses.

 

In addition to this, our students are also actively working on generating a study paper on this subject. We have devised a questionnaire around these key pointers and are in the process of undertaking a survey of sample companies to understand the key challenges faced by the industry in this arena and how these are being addressed. The research findings will be presented by the students during the forum. We hope it will contribute to the knowledge repertoire, even if in a small way.
